You make so much noise about Russia and China but ignore the fact there are hundreds if not thousands of human rights violation petitions against several dictators in Africa and Asia which the US and UN are ignoring. Many of these dictators are puppets of the West, their seats guaranteed by the favors they grant the West in trade deficits, resource extraction or UNGA compliance.
