@farsiga2899 the Ukraine war didn't start 22 months ago. It's a proxy war between the US and Russia that was frozen in 1991 and was restarted in 1999. It only started manifesting in hostilities in 2014 through Ukraine, and then into a hot war in 2022. News junkie indeed.

@farsiga2899 you didn't read my reply well enough, or you would've noticed that I said Russia and the US were at proxy war, not Ukraine. I suspect you're one of those who don't like to read things they disagree with, holding onto their biases with an iron grip. Good luck with that, and have fun with it.

"It only started manifesting in hostilities in 2014 through Ukraine" means that Ukraine was dragged into the war between the US and Russia by becoming a proxy of the West, made official by the 2008 Bucharest declaration and the 2017 inclusion of the clause to join NATO. I bet you didn't understand a single thing or be bothered to do your own research about what I just said...

@tryingtocorrect by that same logic, the Germans today are the same as those who glorified their Nazi movement and brought it to worldwide infamy. The Americans today are the same as those that gave smallpox poisoned blankets to the red indians, and the British today are the same as those that exploited three quarters of the Earth at the same time. With such reasoning as this, there can never be peace. Welcome to the world you created.

@sampohonkala4195 wrong. The Soviet dictatorship was led at the peak of its infamy by a Georgian, not a Russian. At other times it's leaders were Ukrainians and Kazakh. You're a poor history student.
