At the beginning of the Russian Ukraine war, Israel under Naftali Bennett's leadership was very careful to avoid offending Russia because he knew Russia can empower Israel's enemies in the region and multiply the danger Israel faces. And for a while he balanced relations with the West well, and he could've ended the war before it escalated by brokering a peace deal that Zelensky agreed before Boris Johnson visited and convinced Zelensky to abandon. Ever since then Israel picked Ukraine over Russia and mossad began to train Ukrainian SBU, and Putin waited for his opportunity to revenge. That opportunity has come.

@hjad2625 Crimea was always Russian until Krushchev gifted it to Ukraine. Same way the territory of Israel was always Palestine until the British gifted a part of it to Israel in 1948. Learn some history.

But forget that, Crimea had a referendum in 2014 in which they overwhelmingly voted to return to Russia in a reaction to the overthrow of the government of Viktor Yanukovych by the far right Svoboda in conjunction with the US government. Referenda are a reflection of the wishes of the people, and self determination is a fundamental human right according to the international charter of the United Nations. Know your place, outsider.

What about peaceful organizations like the Palestinian Liberation Organization PLO, do you think anyone should support them? If yes, why is India silent while Israel is violating UN security council resolution 2334? If no, why is India upset that Russia is helping the only organization ready to fight for Palestine?

Imagine Russia, China, Turkey and Pakistan working together for the sake of Palestine against India. India would be wise to maintain whatever is left of their neutrality. The more you get involved, the more you will have to worry about.

If either one of the Minsk Agreements, Erdogan deal or Naftali Bennett deal were honored by Ukraine, the war would've ended long ago and Russia won't have any reason to antagonize US proxies like Israel. He has proven he wants peace over and over.
