  2.  @Chivalry2Clips  plenty of BS in your reply. Russian rocket artillery has a range of 24km on flat ground. On elevations >400ft and above, the ranges easily 1.5X. The battle of Pisky (600ft) in August helped Russia liberate Luhansk shortly after.
