@赐福-f4w when did they cede their independence to Russia? They don't pay taxes to Russia, they don't invite Russia to their plenary sessions, they don't seek approval from Russia for their own trade deals with the West. Are you aware Georgia is a democracy? Some of you trolls need to do the tiniest bit of research. Just a tiny little bit.

@dave_sic1365 US troops are on Syrian ground, stealing Syrian oil, uninvited by the UN recognized legitimate government of Syria. US troops are also in Haiti as we speak. What are they doing there? Now let's get back to the point: Georgia is a sovereign democracy.

@MitchellSantner1 Georgian legion forces are not recognized by their government, they're light infantry guns for hire. Most countries have their own mercinary outfits like this but using different codes and different names. In Russia it is Wagner and Gazprom. In the US is called Blackwater and the dozen or do "security companies".

@MitchellSantner1 just Google it man. They're called Georgian foreign legion because the unit was created by Georgian special forces. The Georgian government doesn't recognize it. Wikipedia: The Georgian National Legion or Georgian legion is a military unit formed by mostly ethnic Georgian volunteers. In 2016 it was made part of the Ukrainian army, under the 25th Mechanized Infantry Battalion "Kyiv Rus".

Lmao. They're slowly learning that the US just uses them "to weaken Russia" and dumps them when they've outlived their usefulness. Georgia was used in 2008 and they've learned from that lesson. Ukraine didn't, unfortunately. They should listen to Orban and Erdogan more.
