  2. The Poles were seeking relevance in the EU when they started to support Ukraine, and to be honest they did earn a lot of respect in the EU for it. However when Zelensky began to get aggressive with his weapon demands, the Poles couldn't help but recognize the voice of their ancient adversary commanding them again. They've stopped weapon supplies and are even beginning to call out Ukraine as a "drowning man".
