The 4 regions are no longer Ukraine, but Russia. That's why the Russians dug a defensive line there: they're defending their new territory from ukraine's invasion. That's why there have been no Russian offensives- for now, at this current level of escalation.

@scottdavis421 Putin's invasion of Ukraine is a long overdue reaction to NATO's provocations and refusal to negotiate its limits of expansion. What the heck do you mean unprovoked?😂

HNH421 Russia was not at war with anyone from 1991 till 1999. The balance of power in Europe was perfect and there was no need for anyone to fear anyone. And then NATO expanded. I don't care what you say. NATO was the first to expand, not Russia. It's time to listen to the other side and make a peace treaty that everyone will be happy with. You are not alone in the world. Transcend your enslavement to your military industries.

@JohnFreedman0 while being 33 trillion in debt at the same time.

HNH421 so you didn't read the comment before responding like a true clown. I'm talking about 1999 and you're talking about 1955... How do you think the Cold war ended? How far back in time do you want to go to justify your desire to execute military contracts?

@richardstewart6900 dude there was a whole referendum that you missed. That's why your media companies and information ministries banned Russian media, they didn't want you to know that a free and fair referendum took place there.

@paladro "looks like"? Dude, they're advancing on foot. How do you think that's going to turn out? No tanks or IFVs are allowed- it's a trap. Interesting things can only happen from here.

They call Ukraine a "small country" to inspire sympathy for it. In reality Ukraine has had 8 years of NATO training, weapons supplies, fortifications constructed in the Donbass and a neo-nazi nationalist movement that's embedded deep in some political parties like Svoboda and military formations like the Azov regiment. And 20% of its landmass is greater than the size of Portugal.
