Russia's got something in common with Palestine after all. Both were reacting to the refusal of their adversaries to implement peace agreements, the Minsk Agreements and UN resolution 2334 respectively.

@bonnie7898 the Budapest memorandum is still valid for Kazakhstan and Belarus, co-signatories with Ukraine. If ukraine had maintained neutrality like the other two, there'd be no war.

@bonnie7898 Nobody is ever going to give security assurances to anyone planning to become a security threat. Maybe in your drug fueled world is such an absurdity possible. The Budapest memorandum is for peaceful post Soviet States, not future NATO puppets, that's why it still holds for Kazakhstan and Belarus. Snap out of it
