Now that's funny, because as the USSR was breaking up, Moscow offered Kaliningrad to Lithuania but they rejected it because it had a large number of ethnic Russians and they were too racist to accept and integrate them. Now that they've joined NATO and become full enemies of Russia it's just laughable
