From 1991 when the USSR dissolved and Russia lost control of the Warsaw Pact and Soviet states, up till 1999 when the balance of power and peace in Europe was upset by the first wave of NATO expansion, Russia neither invaded nor threatened the former Soviet states. This is a fact that your war mongerin and misrepresentation of facts will never be able to overwrite.
