These people think the public is real stupid ... Banks always send out their assessor before they grant a loan ..... thats why its not criminal and thats why there is no Plaintiff ... The banks were content and were paid back their loans .. This is real junk ....again

A bank sends out people to determine how much a property is WORTH ... they dont listen to the one applying (Trump )for a loan ... thats why its a civil suit and not criminal and thats why THE BANKS have nothing to do with the Complaint ... No one listens to me about how much I think my place is worth... If I want to take out s loan to buy a yacht...and I say my home is worth X for collateral..do you think they are going to listen to me.. Hate trump double time is fine but reason it out... James had promised to sue Trump's ass...so there the hate emotion that blurs

@B_Bodziak when I bought a home ..they had to come to the home and inspect it ...they didn't take my word for it if I told them it was worth the amount I wanted to borrow...then there also was the tax records from the city who also assessed the home and that was public record..

I know it has radon gas in the basement...BUT it looks elegant outside..I had it landscaped...anyone who would ask me how much I want for it..I might say ..a million and a half.. ANY Realtor like yourself who would believe me is a fool for not inspecting the property....they would get burned .. What country do you live

I saw that when I sold my house...I put the price on it and the realtor said ...oh no ..you'll have no lookers...and guess what .I didn't...until I changed the price...and people came..so I learned...the market sets the price...the potential buyers and the surrounding properties.. It's just the way it works
