  3. Pretty sure when a subordinate goes behind the back of his superior and communicates with the enemy against the leader .... thats called TREASON and that charge is execution... Thats what he did and thats the penalty.... just because the superior was Trump ..thats not the issue ... the rule of law is above any personality
