Biden illegally promised free money before the midterms for just that reason...a dirty trick of hope that didn't matter if it could be realized....a promise for a left vote ,but knowing it wouldn't fly was disrespected promise..sort of like what CNN has done for 6 years promising simple minded watchers that trump would be removed 3 months after he took office , then every month that passed ...same failed promise...it's a technique that doesn't need to be fulfilled when you are dealing with emotionals...they drink it right up from the flat screen
