Did trump call all his supporters across America and ask them to come with their guns??? Did trump call out the nat guard as only the president,and chief leader of the military can...to surround the Capital and arrest all legislators.. No ......he did none of these things. What he did is tell the demonstrators "..Now, I know you are going to the Capital to have your voices heard....go peacefully and Patriotically". I suspect this quote you never heard as media censors by OMISSION. What trump did 2 dsys before was suggest pelosi accept the nat guard to keep order. She refused. By the laws in DC the president himself is prohibited from ordering troops unilaterally as that could be construed as actual insurrection. No..the 800 radicals who broke from the 150 thousand which CNN will never show..were the culprits as often happens in a big group of demonstrators. The weapons they had were flag polls .. You are allowing the media to own you and you are looking simple.. Insurrection....grow up No.....

I feel the same about Trump. Its policies that I like or dont like. Take the personality out of it . I used to hate Trump (like you) and wouldnt go into his casino once with family. Thats beside the point. What Trumps supporters in the senate that day were attempting to do is object to electors that were suspect in how they were appointed. This is in the Constitution. Jaimie Raskin did it in Jan 2017 against Trump. He objected. So did Maxine Waters and many others. That is what Jan 6 is for. The head of the senate asks ...Is there any objections... and they must be signed by a senator. That would have happened IF the 800 radicals didnt riot around and in the Capital. That was no help No one approved of that.No one supports that today. FBI found in Aug 2021 Reuters that there was no find of insurrection. ( see it on line). On what could Trump do... He has no jurisdiction over the Capital . That is the domain of the speaker. She has Capital police, park police and she can request from the president the Nat Guard. ( I told you Trump offered it 2 days earlier; she refused) For the president to act any way with military over the Capital is forbidden as THAT in itself could be construed as what you call insurrection. Separation of Powers is very strong in our government. Once rioting began, whatever was in place to protect was what was available. What I just outlined is no bullshit. I have studied this over and over to get at what happened and why it happened. For what it is worth , I dont see everything Trump does or stands for is right in my opinion. For what its worth I am a democrat from Boston. I am not a leftist which has taken over the party. The riots were wrong! The media is wrong in clouding and confusing key issues. Had the Nat Guard been accepted , this would be a riot that was controlled like the riots in DC on Trumps inauguration day or the night of the burning of St Marks Church or when BLM and antifa stormed the white house and tll occupants were put into the Bunker of the WH.
