Although I never owned or touched for that matter a firearm..I believe people who have been vetted in a reasonable time period ...say a week or two of checks should be able to keep their rights to have the gun they chose.. Like getting a driver's licence ..train and be tested.. I think of drunk drivers who kill ..or the Christmas parade who killed and destroyed dozens in Wisconsin... Taking cars away from people would not also be the correct move.. I don't disagree with much said by you..

  12.  @ah-mazinggrace6735  I dont believe the 2nd Amend talks about an ar15 I believe it says simply that citizens have the right to bear weapons ....a shot gun may have done the same damage when reloaded to those children. I am from Mass. and we have laws that I think are good and we never had any of these incidents .. so its a good copy for some states perhaps.. I understand western states use these ak15s for protection from wild bores ..I dont know ... When a SUV plows into a Christmas parade..we go after the driver and not the suv .. Killers and bad doers will kill and do bad if thats on their mind with gasoline of other things available
