Jeff felt guilty about first accidental killing, and I`m not sure that it was him, very possible on of his parents had a car accident on the road and then decided ti hide a body. But when the secret was uncovered, Jeff got many murders on himself without being serial killer at all. I guess Dahmer family didn`t expect what it will be at the end, with all hysterical people, fanfics, crazy love and crazy hate from people.
