If Biden simply used his new presidential immunity to lock Trump away because the DOJ wouldn’t lock him away for being the criminal he is then Biden would be seen as a hero, the same way Lincoln sacrificed his reputation by forcing censorship and imprisoning people all to save the nation in Civil War if Biden did, this would be seen as an acceptable act by historians because it was necessary drastic times call for drastic measures

If the DOJ isn’t gonna do their job and put Trump in prison for his various crimes then Biden has to If he did this, he would be seen as a hero, even in the history books. Look at Lincoln, for instance during the Civil War he censored the media and had people put in prison for being suspected confederates. The history books often describe this as a necessary evil. Lincoln sacrificed his then current reputation for the safety of the nation. They called him a tyrant, but it was all worth it in the end and then he even got the last laugh as he is now called a hero.
