A type 7 civilization would quite literally be god itself it’s EXTREMELY unlikely that any species could ever advance to anything of such magnitude it would require breaking every single law of physics of every universe This is really the only scientific evidence for a god and even then the science isn’t really there it’s just sci-fi on the most extreme level
