Conald is likely to be locked up not for any of his other major crimes but because the IRS finally got to him just like Al Capone another similarity is that Al Capone was never caught because they could seemingly never get to him. The police would arrest him and he’d be put on trial multiple different times, but they could never find an actual reason to put him in jail similar to Trump because the system is whack, and for some reason despite being called the justice system, seemingly allows for criminals to do whatever the hell they want If my theory is correct, I hope Trump gets to not beat Al Capone’s record of longest prison sentence for tax evasion and fraud, because then he would find that as a way to get a one up on someone let’s not allow him that partial victory Both have also threatened the judges, and the juries as well and seemingly get punished for it
