  1. It’s supposed to be automatic the 14th amendment section 3 and 5 says it right there that insurrectionists can’t hold any public office and because it only says congress can remove the disability and not that it needs to be activated by congress that means it’s automatic.

Actually, it would be Kamala Harris not just because she was the other candidate but because she is the current VP The same would be if the electors decided to be disloyal to what they’re supposed to do like let’s say because Pennsylvania became red. What if the electors decided to choose Kamala anyway or if Congress just refuses to recognize the electoral college results of certain states

It will be telling Americans that there is no law in the country anymore because if he’s allowed to get away with all those crimes, then soak in the working class because it’s obviously not being enforced equallythey can’t have two contradictory ideas at the same time justice cannot be blind and punish all crime and also let the rich do what they want so either everyone gets punished equally for their crimes or there is no law for anyone
