  2.  @ballinhunter12  actually there is a portion in the constitution that should be an activated right now, but isn’t because the Supreme Court is corrupted by Trump the 14th amendment section 3 directly states that someone who engages in insurrection is no longer eligible for running for president or any other political office it is automatic as well because it only states that Congress can appeal it not that it needs help to be activated.
