@ohiowatha I think they get confused because nazism is “National socialism” and then they zoom in on the socialism (they do this with many words and phrases) but they miss the national part nationalism when taken to its extreme is a sign of fascism it’s precisely what Mussolini did saying “Italy will return to its former glory by reforming the Roman Empire” and similar things. Hitler took these things and spun it in a way to appeal to the desperate German people fascism is a desperate ideology built on the hate, anger, resentment, etc of people. he did this by saying stuff like “we shall take our revenge on the allies and return Germany to its once great empire”. Trump is doing this exact same thing. Putin has been doing the exact same thing saying things like “I will bring Russia back its glory by reforming the Russian Empire” The reason I say Trump is the Mussolini to Putin’s Hitler is because Russia under Putin has a lot more similarities to Hitlers Germany then Trump wants for America. @PyreRight you’re objectively wrong and you know it Trump had set the record for highest unemployment rates since the Great Depression Trump let Covid kill millions of more Americans then it would have if he excepted actual science He had to set up tariffs that ruined the American economy that’s a huge portion of why prices are still so high combine that with the global inflation from Covid and that’s a double whammy for extremely high prices, but even then American inflation due to how we are the biggest economy in the world is nowhere near as bad as other countries, even despite us being in the global economy and fully integrated into it so be grateful Biden on the other hand fixed all these issues he excepted actual science, and as he stated himself from data acquired.
