@Gaarafan007 an insurrection is not an official act. He is absolutely not immune. The only thing he’s immune from is prosecution simply because he is now the sitting president, but lawsuits are completely different. They are not prosecutions. You don’t go to jail for a lawsuit. It’s usually a way of getting money out of the person I know how about we sue Trump for everything he’s worth and then give all the billions to people. Oh wait he doesn’t have billions because he can’t even pay his debt.
