Here’s a few things that could help. 1. Make November 5 election day a national holiday. 2. Abolish the electoral college and replace it with one person one vote. 3. Get rid of “lobbying“ and other money schemes 4. Ban misinformation on news platforms, and advertisements. 5. Block foreign intervention from other countries and organizations. 6. Give the people all the important information about every candidate to know how trustworthy they are.

@ordinaryrat that would only happen if we ONLY get rid of the EC but it we replace it with 1 person 1 vote then it doesn’t matter where you live and the candidates have to go for a broader range of people

@IC27185 America has proven that they don’t care to have the most efficient system. We would’ve figured this stuff out a century ago if it weren’t for the fact that our country is so focused on kicking the can down the road until it’s too late and then taking like a year to actually react.
