Even if they did it, they usually aren’t charged or convicted the fact that it was a republican Trump appointed judge makes it even more suspicious. I’m not saying the things he did weren’t wrong or illegal, but the fact that he was convicted of something barely anyone else is convicted of is very suspicious also the fact that with Trump every accusation is a confession
