This happened on January 6 when Trump ordered his mob to attack the capital saying stuff like “fight like hell“ It could also be argued that Trump committed espionage as well, considering he stole classified documents and kept them even after his presidency and refused to give them back and hid hundreds of them and even sold some to America’s enemies like Russia . All 3 of these crimes are literally the definition of a traitor “ a person who betrays a friend, country, principal, etc.” The fact that he has not been convicted of any of these crimes is simply because he has too many appointed puppets within the US “justice“ system.
