  1. The guard rails were severely damaged some even shattered, under his last term but others held firm and others were fixed. Well… Not fixed, but patched up. Democracy can survive, but only if we continue to fight for it it’s not a self protecting idea because like all ideas it relies on the faith of the public as long as someone has faith, the fire of liberty will continue to burn
