No, some disagree with the "climate change" agenda. The climate is always changing. El Nino will bring atmospheric conditions to the Gulf of Mexico which will mitigate the energy in the ocean. Hurricanes develop because of temperature differentials, as heat is drawn to cold. With El Nino the upper air will be warmer so hurricanes will be less severe in wind and surge.
