Trump is up +3.5 over where he was in 2016 and 2020 in Arizona. Trump is not against abortion or IVF. Economy and immigration # 1 and 2, both winning policies for Trump.

@bcent5758 Reversing Roe did not create Federal law, it was sent back to States were it belongs. If the country wants a Fed law on Abortion, put it to a vote, it should not be settled in the Supreme Court. Trump made it clear he's not against abortion or IVF. He's on record many times. So is Vance on IVF.

markmierzejewski9534 It's the individual's right in that State, not the State itself, as stated in the US Constitution, when it came to ROE. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the wrong constitutional argument was made in Roe. Ruth Bader Ginsburg believed that the Roe v. Wade decision was based on the wrong argument, and that it would be better to have based it on gender equality instead of a woman's right to privacy. "Privacy" applies to rights conferred, and in 22 States the fetus has legal rights, too. It's not settled law, and we as a society of civil law need to work it out. When does life get inalienable rights. as stated in the Constitution? Soon, there will be mass produced artificial wombs that will make life viable at conception outside the gestational parent's body. We as a people will need to deal with that reality. I honestly don't have an answer, but it is a real question. Do we confer the right to life and death to the gestational parent. Maybe we do, so the homicide becomes justifiable. I'll never agree that it is a right, or "healthcare", or something to be celebrated.

markmierzejewski9534 When does the fetus have that right conferred by a civil society? Every state already protects the rights of the fetus from abuse, and in some states, homicide. The issue of "rights" is not settled.

@neale3871 I'm not. Just looked at Pew Research on White Evangelical voters as reported by the Chicago School of Divinity. Immigration, the Economy and then Abortion, so it's not even top of the agenda for them, but it is for Dems. Why? I'm a Secular Jew in California. The crypto-fascists are running my one-party State. Mussolini wrote in his Doctrine of Fascism "The Individual is the State, and The State is the Individual". He claimed classic-liberalism and free markets were evil. He stamped out the individual and the free market, just as the Dems have been doing in my State for the last decade or more. One of the Eight Pillars of "Mandate for Leadership" is to reduce the power of both the government and the executive branch. Just the opposite of fascism. Roberts wrote in the SCOTUS decision, "No President is above the Law". The court did not clear Trump, they sent it down for "seasoning" which asks for a clearer definition of the charges. Roberts is well-known for doing that. He's not a fascist. nonsense.
