Not a valid description of how the law works in the USA, I'm in California, a SCOTUS ruling will not stop abortion in my state, or more than 30 other states, the States in question have the legal right to pass their own laws. The question of late term abortion is neither settled law, settled scientifically, or morally. When does consciousness begin? I'm okay with Justifiable Homicide, just have the moral courage to call it what it is.
