  4.  @giglioflex  Roe, as even RBG asserted, was decided on the weakest of arguments, and she wish it was not pegged to "right of privacy". "Stare decisis" in Roe was not about abortion, but a Constitutional right of an individual, and has never been "settled law", because it does not consider the "right of the unborn" which IS CODIFIED in law by The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-212) a United States law that recognizes an embryo or fetus in utero as a legal victim. Roe is in direct contradiction to that law, so not SETTLED.
