  2.  Rich Perez  Ukraine is not party to the UN Convention of Cluster Bombs, neither is Russia or the US. I think war is a crime, and war against civilians especially heinous.

  3.  @ukchatman4920  Again, there's a UN Convention on bomblets, neither Russia or the Ukraine are signatory, and the US still makes them for export. Your ethics or mine are irrelevant to the action.
