@Hawkwinter01 My parents were born in SoCal 100 years ago, I've been here since 1955, it's a semi-Arid desert, and has been for more than 10,000 years, and in fact, we have better local water resources than the western regions of Northern California. That's science.

I'm on the Southern California coast, it rained early on Sunday and we've seen cooler than normal temps this spring. It's "Weather", not "Climate".

@embreis2257 Not snow "I saw", but record snow in those mountains, easy to google. The most recent "devastating wildfire" was the result of poor building codes and electric transmission line failure, not "climate". No question C02 and Methane release an issue, and man made, but the policies being made at the top, and the effort to scare people at the bottom, will, I predict, be counter-productive. Bjorn Lomborg has a good idea. Let's rank prioritize future policies based on analysis, not "feelings".

@embreis2257 SoCal has a mountain range with a peak at 11,503 feet and snow on it all year round. In 1966, while at summer camp, we climbed it in July and made snow cones. The San Gorgonio has a hike called SAND TO SNOW. We had record snow depths 2020/21. That's weather, not climate, and not a dream, google it.
