@shinbakihanma2749 The complete video shows the taser was fired twice but did not hit the officer, but the officer is clearly heard on the video saying "drop the taser", BBC does this all the time to US.

Comply with the officer. Plate did not match car. Nothing would have happened.

@shinbakihanma2749 Michigan law in Michigan, and you say it does not matter. Common sense means don't rush to judgement, which you are doing. I don't know, and neither do you, but you judge anyway.

@shinbakihanma2749 There are THREE videos, one from officer, one from passenger, one from RING camera at house. The police chief at press conference stated the officer clearly states "let go of the taser" AND "drop the taser". I don't know what happened and neither do you. My concern is one officer in a patrol car, there should be two. Passenger could have had a gun. Driver should have stayed in car, officer should have called for back-up. Both parties responsible.

@shinbakihanma2749 Taser not "lethal" weapon in Michigan, and the unlawful firing of one is only a misdemeanor. "case closed" only for those with a "closed" mind.

@shinbakihanma2749 Fox News just reported on Black Lives Matter filling false tax form. I checked the IRS website and FOX is lying, they did not report on the BLM Foundation, but some obscure charity with BLM in the title. The actual BLM Foundation filed a 990 and its is public record. Both sides are lying and far from showing common sense. I call BS on you and on FOX.

@n1ce_yt109 I agree, more funds, not less, both parties showed poor judgement, but officer was put in bad position by his department and city. One officer on a stop with a bad plate and two occupants not a good idea.

@whybother4156 "floating", it's been officially released, as is the other two videos, which clearly shows them struggling for the taser, something the other poster considers a dangerous weapon. Patrick was not under police control when he was shot, he was struggling to get the taser. I will not be the judge and jury, neither will you, that's a good thing, something we need to stay committed to.
