  2. At least you say Jews were there. Jews fought with the British in WW1 to free the land from the Ottoman/Turk. Jews won autonomy on their historical lands. If not for Muslim oppression, there would have been many, many more Jews in the region prior to 1920. 1.9 million Arabs are citizens of Israel, they serve on the Knesset, the Supreme Court, and in the IDF. That's not apartheid. The Arabs were asked to share the region after WW1. They said no. Proof?   4.  @gssthh  The region was never "RULED" by Great Britain. The Allied Powers after WW1 created temporary Mandates until nation/states could be created. The area was never part of the British Empire The United Nations created UNRWA in 1949/50 which established right of return not only for those displaced, but in perpetuity for descendants. There are between 6-7 million of those from the Nakba who claim that status. As long as UNRWA stands in international law, there can be no peace.

Jews were the majority in East Jerusalem in 1900 and 8-12% of the population, they fought for autonomy and won in WW1. To say they'd been gone for 2000 years is nonsense. Even Arab leaders knew Jews were tied to the land which is why they tried to stop migration even before WW1. Jews made the desert bloom and produced an economic miracle equal to any the world has known. 1.9 million Arab citizens of Israel enjoy that life, the others chose death for themselves and their children, not just in Gaza, but the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria. 500,000 deaths by Syrians of other Syrians.
