  1. "Right to Privacy", was always a weak argument, even Ruth Bader Ginsburg thought so, this is not settled, and will be argued again in front of SCOTUS, with a stronger argument this time, and 50 years of science since Roe.

  2.  @Andrew-ob5ij  When does "HUMAN" begin, that question is unsettled and should not be mandated by SCOTUS. If you want to define when HUMAN begins as a nation, amend the constitution, don't legislate from the bench.

  3.  @Andrew-ob5ij  No, civil rights are consistent with the Constitution. Roe and Casey were not, even Ruth Bader Ginsburg thought Roe wrong basis for Abortion rights. This is a 2nd chance to get it right.
