  12.  @jeffplimpton9171  This case may have allowed information related to Trump's Executive Immunity, that needs to be ruled on before sentencing. It's a mess, and would have been delayed on appeal to SCOTUS anyway, which will be a win for Trump. BBC didn't cover any of that.
