Non-citizens do not have those rights under our constitution. Illegal aliens and people do not have the right to VOTE, and it is even a Federal Crime for someone on a VISA to contribute to a political campaign. We are structurally a republic and nation/state founded on the principals of the Enlightenment and the Westphalian Agreements. That's why we have the establishment clause. You are calling for religion, that's irrational. something the founders were very much afraid of.

  4. There were no mass ICE raids at Home Depot. LA Times reported that was misinformation. There was no mass ICE raid at Paramount, CA business park, it was actually an HHS/ICE office falsely reported to protesters by a Democratic State Assemblyman from Lynwood, CA. Easy to fact check. Riots have been very small, few arrests, and no major injuries. All performative for TV/Media, in some cases more photographers than protestors.
