  4. IPCC models predict because of warming there will not be more cyclones because "wind shear" will cut off the smaller ones, so fewer by larger. Hard to trust these tear jerker stories. No question there are areas like this all over the globe at risk, but this area has been at risk for centuries, as George Harrison would have told you if he were alive today.
