No, he is not, but drain the swamp of DEI entrenched there.

@berlinkozyreva We don't have forests to rake in the Pacific Palisades. Trump was correct about issues in Northern California after the Camp Fire destroyed Paradise CA. Our topography in the South is VERY different. Trump wasn't talking about the South, but the North.

@Callie7912 Butte County manages public lands, but it also collaborates with state and federal agencies for land management. The *Butte County Public Works Department* oversees various aspects of land management, including road maintenance, flood control, and land development. Additionally, the *Forest Advisory Committee (FAC)* facilitates public involvement in the management of natural resources within the county. Paradise, CA is in Butte County. Facts are important.

There was and is water. Stone Canyon Reservoir feeds Pacific Palisades was and is full and functional.

@Callie7912 Paradise, CA, is approximately *96 miles* (about 155 kilometers) from Lassen Volcanic National Park. The drive typically takes around *2 hours and 8 minutes* via CA-32 and CA-89.

@Callie7912 I'm 70, lived in both Southern California and Northern California I've hiked the lava flow in Lassen in 1970s. Will never do that again, treacherous. I did not use Google, but Co-Pilot, and now using GROK-X. But it requires base knowledge in order to create a prompt that brings back the data you want from the large language model it uses.

@Callie7912 The Camp Fire, which occurred in November 2018, did not start in a national forest - It began near the town of Pulga in Butte County, California, when a power line from Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) failed and sparked the fire - The fire quickly spread through the communities of Concow, Magalia, and Paradise, causing widespread devastation - CO-PILOT

@WolfHeathen We have fire roads all over the Santa Monica Mountains, we love to hike them? What are you talking about? The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area has **over 500 miles of trails**, including fire roads. Fire roads are typically wide, graded paths used for fire management and emergency access. They also provide access for hikers, bikers, and equestrians.
