  1. "diversity" can be a strength or a weakness, depends on how it is applied. DEI ideology is framed in the oppressor/oppressed dialectic of the old Soviet Union. It failed there, and in fact, just increased the number of oppressed, same thing it is now doing in The West. BTW, I'm in California, ground zero for DEI destruction.
