Russian "mechanization" was not all imported through lend-lease. They received huge numbers of Willy's Jeeps, but the T-34/85 Soviet tank was designed and built by Russians and a match for Germans tanks. The Russians were able to build them in superior number to the Germans Tiger and Panther.

Agreed, and now Japan is trying to purchase US STEEL one of the main issues Japan attacked the US in 1941. Ironic, yes, the lost the battle and won the war.

@EdgarStyles1234 Yes, my grandparents' Jewish enclave in East Los Angeles in 1912 was run by Jewish socialists and anarchists. We even had a Jewish summer camp in Malibu with streets named after Karl Marx and Eugene Debs. One of the lasting projects of this group is a Free Hospital called "The City of Hope" in Duarte, CA.

Mussolini was a socialist, fascism was State Socialism, just not international socialism. Read Mussolini's "Doctrine of Fascism" which turns Statism into a religion.

Mussolini's "Doctrine of Fascism" was also State Socialism with a total disdain for Liberal Democracy. Both Hitler and Mussolini first thought globally but acted locally.

Nonsense, Hitler nationalized all labor unions, he could not nationalize manufacturing until his war started, then he did. Mussolini's "Doctrine of Fascism" is pure Statism/Socialism. Both hated Liberal Democracy and individual rights not subjugated to the State.

@EllaGreenn "Rainbow" stuff is full of dogma and doctrine, if you don't align, you are heretical and get excommunicated. My city in California, and California itself, have established "Pride" as the official religion. That's against both the US Constitution and State Constitution clause against state sponsored religion.

Italy, one of the victorious Allied powers, sought to secure the territories promised by the Allies in the secret Treaty of London, which included Trentino, Trieste, Istria, parts of the Dalmatian coast, and other areas. The failure to fulfill these promises opened the door for Fascism in Italy. The US Congress failed to ratify the Peace Treaty, too.
