My neighbors in the Palisades like their thick shrubs and privacy hedges. That's a fact. I'm a resident of the area, went to UNI, my cousins went to PALI, family members in the evacuation zone in the Palisades. I've been through 3 major earthquakes and at least a dozen major fires since my mid-Century birth here. Don't lie for political advantage at this time, it will backfire, no pun intended.
