  1. Yeah, I live at the Beach but have chains in my car because I love the mountains here in Cali. lots of snow, Mt San Gregornio in SoCal is at 11,503 feet and has snow all year round. Been there in July and made snow cones https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Gorgonio_Mountain

  4. 1974 trip to Colorado saw bumper stickers "Don't Californicate Colorado", so nothing new. My home equity has risen every year for the last decade, more than property, sales, or income tax, so I have made a nice profit from RE in California.
