  1. PCH house/land around Big Rock should be purchased through eminent domain and turned into public beaches. I've lived here since the mid-1950s. Most were ugly shacks only had land value. Sad to see the Feed Barn and Moonshadows go, but we need to look in the mirror for the truth of what happened.
