WAPO reports the two students in the bathroom had engaged in consensual sex more than once in the past, we didn't know, that until now, and it is even being reported by FOX, so not sure what to think.

@JackHaveman52 I only reported what the Washington Post leaked. Was it a "stranger" attack, or did the two know each other, and had previously engaged in consensual sex. Was the meeting in the bathroom prearranged? Do you know the answer?

@Gww-1 The girl agreed to meet the boy in the bathroom, she testified to that, and they'd had sex before. She testified she did not agree to it this time, but we've been mislead for weeks that this was a "stranger" attack by a trans person in a skirt. My opinion has now significantly changed, and it appears we've been lied to, again.

@JackHaveman52 I've now read a portion of her testimony, she agreed to meet the boy in the bathroom stall, and it was not the first time, so it was not a "stranger" attack by a trans in skirt. School still a dangerous place, as it was in my time, and the authorities covered it up, but the truth of the event is nothing like first asserted, not even by the father.

@Gww-1 They knew each other, had sex together before, and she agreed to meet him in the bathroom stall. It's in her testimony at the trial, you can read it yourself. Does that change your thinking at all, at least in how this story was first presented as a "stranger" attack by a trans in skirt?

Assaulted girl agreed to meet boy in bathroom stall, it was not a "stranger" attack by a trans in a skirt as we were all led to believe, and the father should have reported that, too, but did not. No question school a dangerous place and they covered it up, but the students knew each other and had engaged in sex before. Student was not charged as an adult, and it was a juvenile conviction, which means it will not follow him to adulthood. You can read portions of the court transcript online, even the conservative NYPost has it online.
