  2. Neil is correct, a citizen makes an implicit social contract with others. I live in a Condo and agreed to certain standards of behavior as part of the contract to owning and living in that structure.

  3.  @fjodorcornelisson6874  Not an oxymoron, but agreed, my condo contract was "explicit", however, the social contact Neil was speaking of is not. Plato writes about the Social Contract in "The Republic" in 375 BC. His view focuses on the social contract in terms of justice. Without the social contract, anyone could harm or commit an injustice against someone else without any consequences.
