  1. In California, the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment is based on state laws that protect the "Quiet Enjoyment" in our homes. Often these "Cruisers" don't abide by the law. Nothing "racist" about it, especially what I remember from Van Nuys Blvd in the 1960s, just nonsense.

  2. I grew up a block off Van Nuys Blvd in the 1960s, it was a mess, not constitutional about it. There are laws to protect citizens and their "Quiet Enjoyment"
