  6. NO! The Supreme Court has no power over how many Justices there are, you are incorrect. The strongest thing the court did was write a letter to FDR. Congress can decide, can even reduce the court, and by attrition, not confirm new ones. You don't know what you are talking about.

  13. Kamala's answer was a lie about Abraham Lincoln not appointed a Justice, the Senate was not in session, so no Justice could have been confirmed, and Lincoln never said he would not, Kamala lied on both counts.
