  2.  @nothanks3236  proportion or "portion" is relative and depends on context. If I have half and you have half the proportion is equal. In a statistical context, if the sample size is large, or "huge", than each half, or each 50% could be considered equally "huge", but in reference to your comment, irrelevant.

  3. Trump has Nevada and Arizona, with Georgia and Pennsylvania he has the win. GOP will get Senate majority, too. The DNC/DEM fail has ceded the next DECADE to the GOP.
